Prices are per week per flat based on two people sharing except Flat 7 which is based on up to 5 people sharing.

The standard letting period is Saturday-Saturday. Mid-week breaks are available out of peak-season subject to availability.

*NOTE: Flatlets 1 and 2 require meter payments for the electricity supply. The meters accept £1.00 coins only and are charged at a standard domestic tariff.

All Flats and Flatlets have their own colour TV's with Freeview channels. All bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels. Cooking is by electric. For more than two people in a flat (except Flat 7) simply add £15 per person per week. A travel cot is available on request. Parking must be pre-booked. Rooms are available from 2pm. It would be appreciated if you could give us some idea of arrival time. At the end of your stay rooms must be vacated by 10am. Well behaved pets by arrangement. They must not be left unattended. A 20% deposit must be sent with the booking. The balance is to be paid four weeks before the holiday commences.

NOTE: In the event of cancellation (which must be made in writing) the hirer will be responsible for the full value of the booking, unless the flat is re-let and the terms obtained. Holiday Insurance is advisable.
